Tyler Malstrom
Attorney

Real people with real problems want to work with a real person. When they hire a lawyer, they aren't working with the swanky office or the gold tie clip. I try to be the lawyer I would want if I had a problem I couldn't solve on my own: honest, understanding, fair, and efficient.

And, to be honest, "lawyering" is not the only thing I care about. When I'm not with clients, I'm with my family, spending time outside, being active, having fun, enjoying the beautiful place I get to call home. This includes barreling down hills at reckless speeds on my skis or mountain bike and goofing off with my wife and kids.

For me, that's real life. So, when you have a problem taking time and attention from your real life, I want to help you solve it as quickly, effectively, and fairly as possible so you can get back to the people you love most while protecting the things you value.

Rebecca E. Jackson
Attorney

Rebecca Jackson (formerly Russell) is a litigator as well as a transactional attorney. Her practice includes commercial litigation, real property disputes, employment law issues, and business and real estate transactions.

After graduating first in her class at Willamette University, Rebecca began the practice of law advocating for the rights of immigrants and debtors. She owned her own law practice for a short time but decided to return to the collaborative environment of a small firm where she could focus on practicing law and leave the administrative aspects of law practice to others. Rebecca’s clients benefit not only from her broad knowledge of Oregon law, but also from the pragmatic business acumen that she developed during her former tenure as a successful small business owner. Rebecca primarily represents small business owners, landlords, employers, and individuals in real property disputes.

Outside of work Rebecca enjoys playing volleyball, jogging, and spending time with family and friends.
