The firm represented sellers of a ranch against defaulting buyers who failed to pay on an installment contract. After obtaining judgments against the sellers for the full amounts of the deficiencies, the firm was successful in obtaining collection of the judgment.

The firm represented purchasers of substantial farm land and operations who discovered significant non-disclosures of land use violations. This firm won full damages for the clients in a jury trial and defeated the sellers’ appeal of the verdict to the Oregon Court of Appeals.
