Paul Connolly represents small and medium-sized enterprises in business transactions and in court. Paul has successfully litigated many cases over his 34 years as a trial lawyer in state and federal courts. His litigation practice focuses on business disputes, insurance coverage, loan work-outs, agribusiness issues, and real estate claims. In recent years, Paul has also been asked to arbitrate numerous business and real estate disputes.
Tyler Malstrom focuses his practice on commercial litigation and real estate transactions. His commercial litigation practice ranges from commercial contract disputes, construction disputes, securities claims, insurance coverage, and bond issues. The cornerstones of Tyler's transactional practice are real estate transactions, tenant-in-common (TIC) workouts and restructurings, and corporate law.

Shauna has been with the firm for over seventeen years, during which time she has distinguished herself as a key member of our production team, participating in the preparation of legal pleadings, motions and correspondence, as well as leases, contracts, wills, trusts and probate proceedings. Shauna started her professional career as an aide to State Representative Jackie Winters in the Oregon Legislature.
A North Salem High School and Willamette University graduate with two bachelor degrees, Shauna is also an accomplished classical oboist, teaching students and performing in many community concerts per year as part of symphony orchestras, the Salem Symphonic Winds, and as a soloist. She resides in Salem with her husband and three young daughters.

A lifelong Oregonian and a Beaver, Jackie has over thirty years of experience in real estate transactions and management, including administrative services, 1031 exchanges and contract servicing. She has also worked in small business finance and bookkeeping. Jackie lives in South Salem with her son, Elliott.
