Paul Connolly represents small and medium-sized enterprises in business matters. Paul has successfully litigated many cases over his 25 years as a trial lawyer in state and federal courts. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on business disputes, insurance coverage, bond claims, investments, loan work-outs, agribusiness issues, and real estate claims.
Tyler Malstrom focuses his practice on commercial litigation and real estate transactions. His commercial litigation practice ranges from commercial contract disputes, construction disputes, securities claims, insurance coverage, and bond issues. The cornerstones of Tyler's transactional practice are real estate transactions, tenant-in-common (TIC) workouts and restructurings, and corporate law.
Billy represents small businesses and family farms in business transactions and litigation. He has worked with the firm in various capacities since 2001. A native New Yorker, Billy served his adopted home state of Oregon first as a legislative aide and later as State Representative in the Oregon Legislature. Billy and his wife Jenny make their home in Salem’s Bush Park neighborhood.
Rebecca Russell focuses her practice on business transactions and commercial litigation. Her legal experience is uniquely broad, including business law, real estate and construction law, immigration law, estate planning, family law, bankruptcy, and consumer protection law.

Shauna has been with the firm for over sixteen years, during which time she has distinguished herself as a key member of our production team, participating in the preparation of legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence, as well as wills, trusts, and probate proceedings. Shauna started her professional career as an aide to State Representative Jackie Winters in the Oregon Legislature.
A North Salem High School and Willamette University graduate with two bachelor degrees, Shauna is also an accomplished classical oboist, teaching students and performing in many community concerts per year as part of symphony orchestras, the Salem Concert Band, and as a soloist. She was dearly missed during her three maternity leaves and we are thrilled to have her back.

A lifelong Oregonian and a Beaver, Jackie has over thirty years of experience in real estate transactions and management, including administrative services, 1031 exchanges, and contract servicing. She has also worked in small business finance and bookkeeping. Jackie lives in South Salem with her son, Elliott.
