Christina Chamberlain Weber focuses her practice on real estate transactions, tenant-in-common (TIC) workouts and restructurings, corporate law, and general business transactions.  Outside of her law career, Christina has spent over ten years in residential and commercial real estate brokerage and property management in Oregon and California.  This experience creates unique value for her clients, as she is able to bring real-world business experience as well as legal expertise to transactions involving the lease, sale, acquisition, and/or development of multi-family, office, industrial, and other properties, including farm and forest resources.  Corporate formation is also a significant part of her work, as she regularly assists investors and businesses in the purchase, leasing, recapitalization, restructuring, and refinancing of business  and real estate ventures.

Christina received her B.A. from UCLA and her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution and as a board member of Willamette University Public Interest Project.  She is licensed as a principal real estate broker in Oregon and as a real estate agent in California.  She also is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and has served as a chair of the Programs Committee.  Christina has been with Connolly & Malstrom since 2014.
